Is it confidential?

All of the conversations that take place during mediation are confidential. It is not recorded or shared with anyone. Our mediation is voluntary, secure and private.

Is mediation a legal service?

Mediators can be attorneys, but they cannot give legal advice. A mediator works for both parties and does not have bias towards either party. A mediator does not go to court or file court paperwork.

How much does mediation cost?

Most family conflict resolutions take between 2-5 hours of mediation to resolve. The cost is typically $300-400 per hour, and that can be divided between the two parties.

What if it's not working for me?

Mediation can be stopped at any time by any party involved. There is no obligation to settle the dispute in mediation, or to continue for any reason.
